    The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.

    Income Qualifications

    A-Mill Artist Lofts participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:

    • 1 Occupant MUST MAKE LESS THAN $36,420
    • 2 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $41,580
    • 3 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $46,800
    • 4 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $51,960
    • 5 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $56,160
    • 6 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $60,300
    • 7 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $64,440
    • 8 Occupants MUST MAKE LESS THAN $68,640
  • Student Qualifications:
    A household that contains full-time students will need to meet one of the following exemptions:
    1) Received MFIP
    2) Enrolled in a job training program receiving assistance under the Job Training Participation Act (JTPA)
    3) Married entitled to file a joint Federal income tax return with spouse
    4) Single parent with a dependent child/children
    5) Former foster child in transition to independence
    6) Have a household member, who will not be a full-time student, living in the apartment

  • Applicants who begin the lease application process will have 30 minutes from when they create an account to reserve their unit. If not completed in 30 minutes, another applicant may reserve that unit.
